I recommend !!!

The staff was lovely, and professional, always willing to help (I had asked for lamps to read, and they were there when I checked in). They made us feel good in Hanoi, were always smiling and saying a nice little word. The breakfast was good, and so were the other services (laundry, taxi for the airport, massages - one of the best, if not the best, I had in Asia). The location is great (even if it is in a very small street, which seems strange at first). They also offer tours around Hanoi.

I liked everything !!! Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom, and lamps to read would make the room even nicer.

I recently stayed at the Hanoi Paradise Center Hotel and had an incredible experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made the stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the manager, Lyn. From the moment we arrived, Lyn was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or arranging transportation for us, she always had a smile on her face and was eager to help in any way she could. Lyn's attention to detail, professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hanoi Paradise Center Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Firefly, clean place in the center!

The place is very clean, good breakfast and the staff is superb! If you stay in the lower floors you will not have a view. It is close to the lake and between old town and the French Court!

We stayed in the lower floor, thus it was a bit dark! But, it was ok!

Excellent Service

The stuff were super friendly, Breakfast was vibrant and changed every day (we were there for only 2 nights), you can also choose how you want your eggs. The room has all you need and is it exactly as described. The beds were vary comfortable and we slept really good. The hotel is „hidden“ from the Main Street, but it’s perfect cause it can be vary loud in Hanoi from all the scooters. Great location and a great value for money!

The room door as a little gap so it’s not really sound proofing and you can hear everything going on on the floor outside your room. but it wasn’t a problem at all. anyway there are like 4 rooms on each floor.

it feels like home, I been to many hotels in Hanoi and I could tell you one thing , this is the place : near everything , great location , amazing staff specially San and tony which they make feel so comfortable and at ease ooooh I almost forgot to say IS QUIET , that means you could actually sleep in the madness of Hanoi

Wonderful

Free breakfast included in the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. The location is close to the east side of the lake in the old quarter which is convenient for tourists. The price was good value for a hotel of this quality.

The bathroom was quite small and awkwardly designed but not a major problem. The walls are quite thin and don't block out sound from outside the room.

Awesome Staff, fantastic location & good stay

The location! The Location! It’s right in the old quarter & it was so easy to explore the Hanoi city and Surroundings there. I did a number of day trips from Hanoi and all the tours pick up right here. if you are looking to explore the city and Vietnam all day, this reasonably priced accommodation is your bet! The staff here is just awesome. I left my expensive camera in the room while checking out and left the city. the staff have been beyond awesome to coordinate & communicate with me so that my camera reaches me. It would have been a very painful memory if I had lost my camera. What more can I ask for? Special shout out to Lyn! She is beyond helpful.

Very cosy and spacious room ! Great location too ! (Almost didn't use a grab to visit the city center and the airport bus 86 stop is less than 5min away on foot)

10/10 accommodation in Hanoi!!!

All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our 6 night stay here. Both my partner & I felt very much at home here!!! I would 1000% recommend anyone to stay here if you're ever visiting Hanoi. It's located right at the heart of the old quarter (Hoan Kiem), with many tourist attractions, restaurants & coffee shops just a stone's throw away, the location couldn't be any better as well. A huge thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and we'll definitely be back if we're ever back in town!!

great location and welcome

Front desk staff really makes this a 5-star experience. good location, close to the lake and old city.

the rooms themselves are not too small, but very cramped. getting around the bed and in the bathroom requires some maneuvering. breakfast is just ok (honestly, I’d just skip it and go eat out!)

Excellent location and fantastic staff

Location of this hotel is great. Just off the Hoan Kiem Lake, which is where all the fun goes down in the quarter (literally a two minute walk). Down an initially looking suspect alley, which turned out to be completely non-suspsect at all, so away from the main road. We heard stories from people we met saying they had sleepless nights at hotels closer to main roads. The hotel staff were fantastic. We organised a Ha Long Bay trip and a Sapa trip with them. Both of which exceeded our expectations and didn't break the bank. Hassle free airport transfers at a reasonable rate and staff were super friendly and keen to share tips and advice for where to go and what to see. Laundry service was great too (no missing socks like some hotels). The room was modern enough and the bed comfortable. Rooms werent huge or particularly posh, but its a city trip so we weren't planning on spending much time there. Breakfast is a local mix of Pho, eggs, meats, pastries, fruit and other soup/porridge dishes which I confess to having not tried. If you come here expecting a fry up or something similar, you will be disappointed - you're in Vietnam, in fairness. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar for lunch or evening meals - but there's so much around locally. Think this hotel is an excellent hub for city exploration. Yes there are fancier hotels in the city (we drank in the skybars of most), but I think this one is great value for money. Great time to visit northern Vietnam too - didn't rain once on us for the 7 nights we were there.
